Utilities

NEW:  All property in the Village of Rosalind will be issued a monthly Utility Service Fee. This is a fee to provide water, sewer and garbage to your property.  If your property is vacant (no building), there are no services therefore there is no charge.  If your property has a building but is unoccupied, you will be invoiced the service fee.  This may be new to some accounts because many unoccupied buildings have not been receiving these charges.

Please refer to Utility Service Bylaw 263-19 for further clarification.

Utility bills are invoiced monthly.

For your convenience, the Village of Rosalind now accepts online payments through the following banking institutions:

  • Scotiabank
  • CIBC
  • ATB Financial
  • BMO Bank of Montreal
  • Various Credit Unions

Select “Rosalind (Village): Utilities” or “Rosalind (Village): Property Tax” as the payee and enter your roll number (3 to 6 digits), which can be found on your utility or tax bill.

If paying an accounts receivable invoice (eg. dog fee, garden work), please apply it to either your Tax or Utility number.

Please note:  we now accept E-transfer payments from ALL banking institutions.
